I have been employed for 30 years in public education with 25 years as a school and system leader. I hold a Bachelor of Education (Lakehead University) and Master of Educational Leadership (Charles Sturt University). I am certified in Advanced ADR (Windsor Law), Advanced Workplace Investigations (Osgoode Hall Law), Coach-Mentoring and Change Management. I have been an Elementary and Secondary School Principal, Superintendent of  Human Resources and Education responsible for Human Resources, Health & Safety, Records Management, Freedom of Information and Privacy, Board Leadership Development and school leadership. As a chief negotiator I have negotiated multiple collective agreements and I am a passionate community volunteer who has held leadership positions with multiple community organizations. I am available for mediations, workplace investigations, human resources consulting, leadership development and education and training.
