As a mediator/facilitator, I specialize in employment, workplace and labour relations matters conducting mediations for grievances, disputes and notice of occurrence, labour negotiations, interest arbitration, employment matters, health and safety, pay equity, and pensions and benefits including disability benefits. I accept OLRA Section 50 Med-Arb appointments. I provide mediation utilizing a variety of styles depending on the situation and the desire of the parties. I also provide neutral facilitation for workplace conflict management, dispute resolution, negotiation and relationship building.
I am an experienced third party, neutral workplace investigator focused on providing impartial, objective, fact-based, legally defensible, humane, time-sensitive, trauma-informed, and discreet investigations. I have experience as an internal investigator in a unionized setting.
I am experienced providing workplace assessments including workplace health and fairness assessments and workplace restoration.
