I work in the areas of employment, labour, housing/condominiums, and provide services in mediation, workplace investigations, conflict coaching, and restorative justice.
I have been working in the field of conflict management/dispute resolution for over 10 years. I started as a labour/employment lawyer and then became a restorative justice practitioner working with those who caused harm by engaging in criminal behaviour and those affected by this behaviour. I also became a community mediator helping to resolve disputes among community members.
