Sara Hull is a mediator, conflict coach, facilitator, writer, and founder of Raven Mediation. She has training and experience in family and community mediation. Sara focuses on supporting families and community members move from conflict to calm. She is committed to helping people communicate constructively, collaborate thoughtfully, and cooperate intentionally to shape their outcomes.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Dalhousie University, along with certificates in Dispute Resolution and Family Mediation from York University.
Drawing on a 25 year career in the federal government in public education and engagement, Sara brings strong skills in facilitating respectful dialogue, helping parties understand their interests, and communication coaching.
In addition to her growing mediation practice in Ontario, Sara develops resources to support children with learning disabilitie and their parents to strengthen communication with educators. She is a member of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC), the ADR Institute of Ontario (ADRIO), and the Ontario Association for Family Mediation (OAFM) working towards accreditiaon. Sara also volunteers with the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution (CICR) at Community Conflict Resolution Ottawa (CCRO).
