About Me

My background in contemporary art is the framework for how I approach my practice in conflict resolution and mediation. Both disciplines rely on the power of perspective and narrative to make and reframe meaning from daily life. Whether through a photograph or a facilitated dialogue, I am drawn to processes that help people see familiar situations in new ways.

In both art and conflict work, transformation happens when space is made for deeper understanding, emotional insight, and creative problem-solving. Coming from my background in the arts, I bring this unique lens into the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution. My goal is to equip you with the tools to have productive conversations and deal with conflict before it arises. I specialize in working with:

Intergenerational Families
Business Owning Families
Millennials and their parents / extended families
Siblings
Artists
Arts Organizations
Arts Administrators / Gallerists
