Stacey M. Hanks, CHRP, is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in senior and executive generalist roles across various industry sectors. She has a proven track record of building HR departments, programs, and processes from the ground up, driving HR programs, and assessing their effectiveness. Stacey spent 20 years in corporate Human Resources before founding her HR consulting firm, Infinity-HR Management Solutions almost 6 years ago, where she serves as Senior Managing Director and Principal Consultant.
Stacey has extensive experience coaching leaders and developing strategic plans for businesses undergoing transformation, change, realignment, start-up, and negotiations. She collaborates closely with organizations to develop frameworks, policies, talent pipelines, and HR/Health and Safety programs. As a Certified Trainer and Personality Assessment Practitioner, Stacey has trained hundreds of individuals on Human Resources, Labour Relations, and Health and Safety topics, including leadership and management training. She is an Authorized Partner for DiSC and The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team.
In addition to her training and development expertise, Stacey has significant experience in labour relations, alternative dispute resolution, and workplace investigations (neutral, trauma informed). She is also a Certified Arbitrator. Stacey excels in strategic recruitment, retention, engagement, branding, and design, ensuring organizations have the right talent to achieve their goals and that team members are engaged and recognized.
Stacey holds a Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources with a minor in Marketing from Durham College. She has a CHRP designation from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and is awaiting receipt of her completed Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Athabasca University, which will also earn her a CHRL designation from the HRPA. Stacey also holds certifications in Workforce Planning and Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace.
