Dallas Ohl is an experienced Human Resources Professional, Qualified Arbitrator, and internal auditor. He has experience leading workplace investigations across varying workplace disputes. Dallas has participated in numerous conflicts as a neutral and decision maker and has remained fair and respectful through the process. Formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University in Political Science specializing in International Relations and a minor in European and Russian Studies. As well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. He has received certifications in Workplace Investigations from Bernardi Law, as well as a certificate in conflict management from the Canadian Management Center. His ability to be an active listener and assess credibility and reliability and apply facts to legislation are strengths highlighted by parties in conflict disputes.
Community work for Dallas includes participating on the baord of directors for the Stirling Agricultural Society, as well as on the board for Quinte Sailability a sailing school for persons with disabilities. He has experience as the chair for the community enrichment fund for a large dairy company and is passionate about giving back to the community.
