Craig was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993. Over the 30 plus years, he has engaged in countless mediations and has established a mediation
practice primarily in the area of employment law.
His style is to be both collaborative and evaluative at the
same time. he recognizes that time is often not in abundance and therefore, he will
attempt to use the allotted time as wisely as possible. He will not act as just
a conduit of offers back and forth without any insight. When necessary, he will
share his opinions on a case with both sides, candidly exploring their strengths
and weaknesses.
