Founder of QuietCourt.ca, she offers mediation services for families, workplaces, and communities. Rachel draws on over 15 years of experience in conflict work, chaplaincy, and restorative justice. Her practice emphasizes safety, communication, and compassion in resolving conflict. Based in Ontario, Rachel provides in-person services locally and virtual mediation across Canada.
