I have 17 years of experience in the field of Engineering, ProjectManagement and Project Controls specializing in Strategic Risk Management. TheIndustries I have worked with were in Nuclear, Rail and Transportation, Oil andGas, Chemicals, Mining, Aircraft Interior Manufacturing, Aluminum Smelterplant, Power and Utilities, Fabrication and Infrastructure Construction.  I am also involved in developing PMOprocesses, procedures and governance integrating Risk Management to ProjectControls, Contract/ commercial strategies helping the Clients and my currentOrganization protect their Capital assets through leading rigorous riskmanagement efforts to calculate contingency for their Portfolio, Programs andProjects.

Working in a Leadership and SME roles as a Consultant and Ownerside in Rail/ Transportation Industry, I was able to deliver criticalquantitative risk assessments and report the results to the Executive leadersto guide their decision making through informed data analytics and support theContract Model needs.

Further, I am also involved to provide strategic directionon Risk Management working in Nuclear industry as an SME or Risk Manager toprovide mechanisms to improved the calculation of contingency benchmarking toother industries I have worked on and practicing the questioning attitude bestpractice.

As a Leader, I have managed and led a team of 10 RiskProfessionals including Project controls working remotely and on-site withdifferent backgrounds and ages helping them to reach their full potential and managingClient expectations whilst working in a centralized project services function. Ihave also engaged with 40 to 100 professionals providing risk managementtrainings ensuring alignment of functional goals to Company’s strategic objectives.
