Jessica is an experienced Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioner with a specialized focus on not-for-profit organizations, NGOs and post-secondary institutions. With a specialization in mediation, policy analysis, not-for-profit governance, and conflict resolution, she works works to foster collaborative solutions that align with the missions and values of organizations. Holding a degree in Political Science and Law and Society, Jessica combines academic insight with practical expertise to develop and implement ADR strategies that promote community well-being and organizational cohesion. Her work focuses on access to justice and supporting  stakeholders in engaging in constructive dialogue, implement new strategies, and improve policies and procedures. In addition to her practical experience, she has contributed to research, policy improvements, and presentations that advance the understanding of the role of ADR in good governance within the nonprofit and academic sectors. She strived to shape the evolution of dispute resolution and advocacy practices in these fields.
